What does it mean to make visible what often goes unseen?
I’m excited to share my work in Evidence of Existence: 2026 ICP Recent Graduates Exhibition, on view May 15–25 at ICP. This exhibition brings together artists from ICP’s One-Year Certificate Programs and Teen Academy Imagemakers, exploring how photography can give form to what is often overlooked or out of reach.
My project, From Here to There (And a Hand to Hold), explores how end-of-life doulas can help reshape how we approach and talk about death, dying and grieving. Through portraits and a symbolic landscape of dying and loss the work reflects on the emotional and spiritual support the doulas bring to both the dying and their loved ones when walking us home through life’s last chapter.
The exhibition is free with a suggested donation.

Matt, Orchard Street, New York, November 2025
I was walking along Orchard Street on my way to get some lunch, when I saw this man standing on the sidewalk with a lot of luggage, looking at his phone while leaning into a rolling shutter full of graffiti. He looked a bit sad, so after I had approached him and chatted a little I asked him if he was ok. His name is Matt, and he said he just got a bit emotional listening to his music. There was this girl you see.. And the music made him think of her. «What song were you listening to?» I asked. «Morissey’ Lost» he answered.
