It’s Finally Friday🥳🥳🥳
This week has been filled with so many joyful running moments😍 Social run with @merakermountainc and @hell_ultraloperklubb Monday, easy solo run Tuesday (cause I love my solo runs aswell, gives my time to reset my mind) And the highlight of this week, halfmarathon in the brand new route of @trondheimmarathon with 800 other runners on Wednesday😍 I really, really recommend signing up for Trondheim Marathon this year! It is going to be WILD!🥳
And, another social run with my girls next door on Thursday. How lucky am I? Three social runs in four days😍 It is so rewarding to share running with others💕 But I guess I’m going solo for the weekend, which I am totally fine with! Gotta love the best of both worlds💕

Almost three weeks post Milan Marathon🍃
Let me tell you about my recovery. The first days after, I only did short and easy «runstreak-runs»of course my legs were a bit sore, but it felt OK. I slept pretty bad, and HRV was off. But I started to feel ok after 3-4 days, and ran easy 5k runs on my runstreaks (because my mind really does not enjoy these recovery days😆)My body felt fine! But… I did a major blunder😆I signed up for a 12,5km race through a tunnel a week after. I was determined to run slow and steady. But you know… bib on my chest and race vibes. I did not do slow and steady😆 Not PB-fast, but still. The following week every single run felt heavy. My heart rate was about 10 beats higher than normal on my easy runs, my HRV was off again, and I started to get a slight cold. Now, three weeks after the marathon, I still feel off when I run. (And Garmin is dropping my VO2-max! How rude is that?!?😆) So please, do not, NOT!! sign up for a race a week after running a marathon. I’ve learned my lesson, and I’m taking it easy for a few more day until my body is in balance again💕
