Nidal Zgheib has been a professional iconographer since 2010. He feels the work chose him, and he has studied his craft extensively at USEK in Kaslik, under Nicolas Majdalani and, in part, in Russia. He specialises in Byzantine iconography and has also learned icon and painting restoration. He teaches iconography and related arts. His clients include churches, monasteries, and individuals who want meaningful gifts. One of his most prestigious commissions is Notre Dame de Paris, which has ordered over 100 icons from him.
