* Throughout the home: Custom vents are being installed
* Primary Bath: Trim-out is complete; electrical work underway, including tuckpointing to run wiring through the stone wall and behind the mirror in the greenhouse
* Upstairs Addition: Fireplace mantel has been ordered (awaiting arrival); track lighting being installed in the guest suite closet
* Kitchen: Trim boards going up to conceal wiring; two chandeliers being installed over the island

✨Meet our latest project: A 1960s home nested on 40+ acres right here in Winston-Salem and it’s getting the transformation it deserves!
The multi space renovation includes the kitchen, primary bath, powder bath and laundry while also adding a scullery and a mudroom!
✔️The hard invisible work is almost done. Demo is finished, framing is complete and has passed inspection, and the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work have all been completed and approved as well.
⏭️ Drywall will be going up this week with cabinets being installed in the next month. Vision is taking shape and we can’t wait to show you what’s next
