“Not feeling RDLs the first time is completely normal 👀
RDLs are a technical movement, not just ‘pick the weight up and down.’ Most people don’t feel their glutes because they’re:
- Bending the knees too much
- Squatting the movement
- Using their lower back
- Or not creating enough tension through the hamstrings
The goal of an RDL is the STRETCH + controlled hinge ✨
Push the hips back, keep a soft bend in the knees, keep the dumbbells close to the legs, and drive through the glutes to come back up 🍑
Once your form clicks… trust me, you’ll FEEL it 😭
Need help with your form, glute growth, or training plan? DM me ‘COACHING’ for a free consultation call 💌
Gym people spend all year getting hot just to stay home 😭💀
Built the physique, fixed the posture, upgraded the outfits… just to cancel plans, hit legs, and be in bed by 9pm
At this point the gym is the event
Who else became physically attractive but socially unavailable? 🏋🏻♀️😂
POV: built the booty so now every camera angle is my good angle 🍑✨
Proof that consistency, heavy hip thrusts, and refusing to quit actually work 😭
What exercise changed your physique the most? 👀
Being in peak physical shape in your 30s is a different kind of flex.
Not because it’s easy but because life gets busier, recovery gets harder, and discipline actually matters.
Anyone can be “motivated” for a season.
Consistency for years? That’s the real flex.
Train smart. Eat better. Stay strong long term.
What’s one habit that changed your physique the most? 👇🏾
Building lean muscle helps create that “toned” look by boosting your metabolism, tightening your physique, and giving your body curves and definition in all the right places. The more muscle you build, the more your body works for you even at rest.
Stop chasing “smaller” and start training for stronger, sculpted, and confident 💪🏽
Growing your glutes takes more than just doing squats and hoping for the best your body needs the right fuel to actually build muscle. When you train glutes, you’re creating tiny tears in the muscle fibers, and those muscles need enough protein to repair and grow back fuller and stronger. Carbs help fuel your workouts so you can lift heavier and perform better, while healthy fats and enough overall calories support muscle growth and recovery.
If you’re constantly under-eating, skipping meals, or relying on processed foods, it can slow down your progress because your body simply doesn’t have enough nutrients to grow. You can’t expect to build a bigger booty while eating like a bird.
Train hard, eat with intention, recover properly that’s where real glute growth happens 🍑
Need help with workouts + nutrition that actually get results? DM me “BOOTY” and let’s get you growing 📱🤍
Proof that you do not need to spend hours in the gym to grow your glutes you just need the right plan 🍑
Targeted workouts, proper form, progressive overload, and patience made this transformation possible. Results take time, but they will come when you stay consistent.
