They ask me: “How do you do it, Wim? Is it with the nose, or the mouth? Do I fill the belly, the diaphragm? Or do you have to close one nostril and then the other? Do I fill the lungs all the way, or not too much, or...”
And I say: “It doesn’t matter what kind of hole you use here, just get it in!” Go easy.
Don’t think so hard about these things, just get the breath in. Into the belly, the chest, and the head, and let it go.
Keep it simple.
The body wants nutrients, oxygen, and vitamins, and it wants light. The breath ignites our inner electricity. It connects our consciousness with nature, with all that is.
That is liberation, and we can do it consciously. Isn’t that amazing?
