These last few months have been nothing but growth. Creative direction, brand operations, systems, scaling, full expansion mode. From Houston to LA fashion district, I’ve been scouting warehouses, sourcing, building strategy, and operating behind the scenes.
I’ve grown as a woman, as a creator, and as a brand ops girl really stepping into her lane.
When I logged off, I was closing a chapter.
Now I’m back, and I’m opening an entirely new one.
I didn’t disappear. I was preparing.

Did I shut down I’ceE Collection? Let’s be real… yes, for now.
Five years ago, I came into this industry on fire — a six-figure brand in my first year. What most businesses don’t see until year two or three, I saw in year one. And while that blessing was amazing, it also meant that when I faced what should’ve been my year one challenges in year five… it hit different.
I had to make a decision. Not because I didn’t know what I was doing, but because I knew exactly what I was doing and I knew it was time to pivot.
Today, I’m the full-time Brand Operations Manager for an 8-figure business, flying between Houston and LA, building systems, managing teams, overseeing customer experience, and doing the same work I once did for my own brand… now on a bigger stage. And soon, I’ll be offering that same expertise to other businesses, because I know how to make brands run like clockwork.
When I told my mom I wanted to pause I’ceE Collection, she said, “ pull the numbers.” Then she looked me in the eye and said my salary here would surpass what I made monthly in my brand and she kept her word. Today, I make more than I ever did running my own business, without the sleepless nights, the constant pressure, or the burnout.
I still have motion! I still have my freedom Pilates at 10, Starbucks runs, rolling into the office at noon if I want. But by 5 p.m.? Best believe the work is done and done right!
This isn’t the end of I’ceE Collection. It’s just a pause. A smart pivot to open bigger doors. Because growth at 25 looks different and this season, I’m choosing peace, expansion, and the soft CEO era.
