The Alpine Reset
Lej da Staz — 04–06 September 2026
Set at one of the many beautiful lakes in Engadin, this retreat takes place directly at the water, surrounded by forest and mountain light.
Lej da Staz has a very particular atmosphere in the early hours. The lake is still, the air is cool, and you move before the day begins around you.
The structure is simple.
Morning yoga on the wooden dock, long breakfasts outside, time to walk, swim, or do nothing. In the afternoon, we head into nature, sometimes towards another alpine lake. Evenings are slower again.
Cold exposure is part of the experience, but guided step by step. You prepare with breathwork, enter the water at your own pace, and stay as long as it feels right. The lake in September is clear and cold, usually around 10–14°C.
A private lakeside sauna, heated with firewood, is available only to our group. Warmth and cold, just a few steps apart.
Food is an essential part of this retreat. Together with Jana and Nicole from Semina, each meal is created with intention, seasonal, mostly plant-based, and based on local ingredients. Simple, but very considered.
The group stays small, with 7–10 people.
You can take part in everything, or take time for yourself.
What to expect:
– Daily yoga on the lake
– Guided cold plunge & breathwork
– Hike to an alpine lake
– Private sauna by the water
– Outdoor picnic & shared meals
– Nourishing brunch & curated dinners

The Azure Horizon Retreat
Albania, 05–10 October 2026
A retreat set in a secluded coastal landscape, where mountains rise above the Mediterranean and the views open wide in every direction. Surrounded by nature, with a large garden and outdoor pool, this place creates space to slow down and fully arrive.
The days follow a gentle structure. Morning yoga to start the day, time to rest or explore, and afternoon or evening yoga nidra and soundbath sessions to come back into the body. Sauna, outdoor living, and shared meals are part of the rhythm.
Cold exposure is included in a soft, accessible way. Instead of fixed ice baths, we work with natural water sources like a refreshing river dip, allowing you to approach it at your own pace.
During the week, we explore the surroundings through selected excursions and day trips, discovering places that feel raw, quiet, and less visited.
What to expect:
– Daily yoga & movement sessions
– Sauna & outdoor pool
– Cold river dips (beginner friendly)
– Excursions & time in nature
– Nourishing food & small group setting
A retreat that combines structure and freedom, practice and rest, all guided by the environment around us.

The Golden Autumn Hideaway
Val Müstair 22-25 October 2026
When the forests turn golden and the air becomes crisp, the mountains invite us to slow down and enjoy the last rays of sunshine.
This retreat takes place in Val Müstair, one of the most untouched valleys in Switzerland, part of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Surrounded by quiet landscapes and wide alpine views, we step out of daily rhythm and into simplicity.
Our home, Chasa Chalavaina, is a 770-year-old house full of warmth and character. A place where history, stillness, and thoughtful hospitality create the perfect setting to rest deeply.
The days are gently structured with morning meditation and yoga, time to hike through golden forests or simply pause, and evening sessions to unwind. Sauna, nourishing meals rooted in the region, and guided cold plunges in natural water are part of the experience.
Cold exposure is approached step by step, supported with breathwork and guidance, accessible for beginners and experienced participants.
This retreat is perfect for those who want to reconnect with nature, take a break from daily life, and feel more grounded.

One benefit nobody talks about when it comes to cold plunges?
You stop waiting for summer to feel close to the water.
While most people are still wrapped in jackets, you’re already swimming in lakes and oceans in spring. Quiet mornings. Empty beaches. Steam rising off the water while the air still feels cold on your skin.
At some point, it stops feeling extreme. It just feels natural to walk into cold water before the rest of the world wakes up.
That’s something we love about this practice. Not only what happens in the body, but how it changes the way you experience nature and the seasons around you.
Our upcoming retreats are built around exactly that.
The Alpine Reset Retreat: Colder mountain air, deep rest, sauna heat, cold water and long evenings surrounded by the Swiss Alps.
Azure Horizon Retreat: Salt water, Mediterranean light, slower mornings and swims that make you forget what day it is.
Both retreats are open for booking via our website.

We talk a lot about “resetting” but it rarely looks the same.
For some, it’s waking up without an alarm.
For others, it’s stepping into cold water and staying a little longer than expected.
Or sitting at a table, eating slowly, without checking your phone.
A reset doesn’t have to be big.
Sometimes it’s just the moment things start to feel a bit quieter again.
We don’t define what that should look like.
We create the space where it can happen, through movement, cold, food, nature, and time shared with others.
Now we’re curious:
What does a reset actually look like for you?
Write it in the comments or share it in the box in our stories.
The Golden Autumn Hideaway
Val Müstair — 22–25 October 2026
There are places where everything slows down naturally.
Where the days feel simpler, and the noise fades.
Val Müstair is one of those places.
A wide valley, crisp autumn air, mountains all around. You wake up, step outside, and the world already feels different.
These days are shaped by movement and stillness in equal measure.
We hike through the valley, letting the landscape set the pace.
We arrive at local culture through a visit to Tessanda, where weaving has been done slowly, by hand, for generations.
We gather around food that belongs to this place — simple, local gastronomy that reflects the valley.
And we return to the body: yoga in the quiet, warmth in the sauna, and cold plunges that sharpen the senses.
Our home is a historic house with deep roots and thick walls. A place that holds silence well, where fire and wood shape the atmosphere.
Chasa Chalavaina has stood for centuries — and you feel that when you’re there.
This is not a packed program.
It’s a small group, and the days unfold naturally.
Movement. Rest. Heat. Cold. Nature. Culture. Food. Stillness.
If you’re looking for something grounded, quiet, and real — this might be your time.
22–25 October 2026
Small group
Not every retreat has to be intense.
Our Azure Horizon Retreat in Albania is built around a different kind of experience, one that values ease just as much as challenge.
Warm sun, movement, good food, time outside, and cold exposure introduced in a softer, more accessible way.
We move, rest, and spend a few days in a place that naturally shifts the pace to slowness.
Expect yoga, sauna, river dips, excursions, nourishing meals, and plenty of time in between for yourself to just be.
A softer retreat for women who want the benefits of the practice, without the intensity of a more extreme retreat.

Every Ice & Yoga experience is built on three core pillars:
Yoga
Ice Bath
Soul Food
These are the foundation of everything we create.
But what makes each retreat truly unique is everything that surrounds them. The local culture, the nature around us, meaningful conversations, and the community that forms when the right people gather in the same place.
Because for us, it is never just one element that makes a retreat special. It is the combination of all of them.
Now we’d love to know:
Which pillar draws you in most and why?
Yoga, Cold, Soul Food… or perhaps it’s the atmosphere around ur that draws you in.

Creating space for others to reconnect with themselves is at the heart of Greta’s work.
As a certified Wim Hof Method instructor and physiotherapist, she brings a grounded, science-based approach to cold exposure. For her, the most rewarding part is simple: witnessing people step out of the ice calmer, more present, and deeply connected to their bodies.
A practice that goes beyond the cold, into awareness, resilience, and real presence.
Thank you @greta.puzone for guiding our Baltic Exeperience Retreat guests through a memorable ice baths.
Stepping into the unknown can be powerful.
Cédric, joined our Baltic Experience Retreat with curiosity, new to ice baths, yoga and meditation. What followed was a first cold immersion with Wim Hof instructor Greta @greta.puzone , that shifted his perspective, through guidance, breath, and trust.
This is what happens when you give yourself the space to try something different, in the right environment.
You don‘t need experience. Just willingness to begin. And isn‘t that what life is all about.
Thank you to Cédric and everyone else who joined us, for your trust, openness, and presence. Until next year.
