Outreach programs are our advocacy efforts highlighting topics affecting our communities such as GBV, child marriages, sexual violence and abuse. We have to keep on talking about these issues to sensitize communities on the need for behavioral change.

EVW 2025
Several projects went through intense development over 2 weeks in Nairobi Kenya with 2 experts trainers. The goal being to produce scripts with African stories that can compete on the global market
The Canadian Ambassador to Zimbabwe, Malawi amd Zambia H.E Adler Aristilde's remarks at the last outreach screening in Banket spoke to the need for more efforts in ending all forms of violence. He also emphasized why it is important for men to become allies in the push for gender equality in Zimbabwean society and do away with practices that proliferate violence against women and girls.

The statistics for violence against women and girls are still alarmingly high all over the world. There is a lot of push back against gender equality and women's rights. This issue is a non-negotiable all forms of violence against women must be stopped. We see patriarchal systems that continue to oppress women and violence is not condemned enough. We cannot be silent,we must all speak out

The second screening for today was at Chogugudza Primary School with some very enthusiastic young minds. The film SHARING DAY engaged the young audience very well bringing out some strong points from the students about the value of community and the importance of looking out for one another. π¬ In commemoration of the International Day of the Girl Child (11 October)
Today we hosted a special screening of Damaru, with the Ambassador of the Embassy of Canada to Zimbabwe, Malawi, and Botswana joining us for a powerful morning of film dialogue.
The screening @ Zimbiru Primary School in Domboshava brought together children, teachers, community members for meaningful discussions on girls empowerment, equality and the importance of giving the the girl child a platform to be heard.
