Custom frame bag for @nfurball . 500D real tree cordura outside, 70d orange ripstop inside. A thin side pocket for a phone & quick snacks, then a larger compartment that has a middle divider. Walls are padded and bag attached to bike with both looped elastic and self loop Velcro for a secure fit.
From designing + printing a banner to giving it a second life, post-season, I had so much fun making this for @rachell_rae_designs .
The bag is primarily made out of printed 18oz banner material with a couple extra features added: expandable side zipper pocket with 70d rip stop, secret hot pink vinyl zipper pocket inside, + up-cycled table cloth material for the handles.
A pair of futbol “soccer” cleat bags for a father & daughter. A mix of ballistic cordura, heavy denim and 210D waterproof ripstop.
The “cleat” bags also make a great travel bag.
Just wrapped up the latest project today: two heavy duty totes and a matching box pouch using a combination of client provided vintage fabric and natural canvas.

A peek behind the design process: find a problem (imperfect burrito-by-bicycle transportation), brainstorm solutions (hanging out at the bike shop), get the ideas down on paper (an ipad), data collection (eat lots of burritos to determine average length and girth), experimentation (sew some stuff together).
