Back in the 90's two young Copenhagen based DJ's saw an opportunity to create a new record label, starting out as a platform for own productions and their Scandinavian network. It wouldnt take long before this expanded into including a series of international artists. A solid foundation turned the adventure into a success, from there it went from strenght to strenght until the label were recognised widely as one of the most influential and best labels within the electronic music underground.
This year the label can celebrate its 30 year anniversary as part of the line up for the upcoming total solar eclipse festival taking place in Spain August 10-14.
The festivals name is Sizigia.

Moonslip's journey is one of quiet momentum. On may 1st we celebrated a labelparty at Culture Box in Copenhagen. Highlights of the night were a double album reception as both Atmos and Tim Andresen are coming with new album releases on Iboga Records and Sofa Beats respectively. The club was packed and the vibe was great across both dancefloors throughout the night, into the morning.
A huge thank you to all who came and made it an unforgetable night at Culture Box.
