One of my absolute favourite parts of Wanderer Festival is the Big Lost Band. 130 local Community musicians, 4 rehearsals, 4 bangers, maximum rock and roll.
The Ogoh Ogoh ritual here at Dark Mofo is well underway. The Procession and Burning of the Maugean Skate filled with fears take place at dusk next Sunday. It promises to be equal parts unhinged and profound. The people of Hobart make it so… It’s always a wonderful time of year.
