A monthly forum and practice of the original 34 Contrology exercises. If youโve been attending Flow or Elevate Mat Pilates classes, you might have practiced a few of these in classโฆ
Once a month, weโll take a deeper dive into the repertoire, unpacking the shapes in our bodies.
Modifications, progressions and hands on assists will provide you with the tools for a rewarding and energising Pilates practice โ learning skills and intention that will in turn enrich your weekly classes.
Come as you are, and with a sense of curiosity and play.
WORKSHOP: Somatic Groundwork + Dance
May 9th, 2โ4pm | With Lucia D'Alessandro
A two-hour workshop exploring slow, mindful movement, reconnecting with your body through sensation and awareness rather than choreography or performance.
Weโll begin with gentle floor work to release tension and reconnect with natural movement patterns, before moving into simple partner exercises using guided touch and support. From there, the practice opens into guided improvisation and free movement.
No dance experience needed.
This is for anyone wanting to move more freely, feel less stuck, and explore what your body actually wants to do when you let it.

An extended evening practice combining Yin, Yoga Nidra, and live music with Tim.
We'll begin with longer held Yin postures to release through the body, before moving into guided rest. Live guitar and song throughout to help you settle and turn inward.

Our teaching style is contemporary, yet grounded in Pilates principles and the original repertoire. Weโre looking for instructors who feel comfortable working within that approach.

Youโll be comfortable and adaptable teaching:
โข Large Mat classes (15โ30 clients)
โข Small group Reformer classes (up to 6 clients)
โข Providing individualised verbal and tactile cueing to support clients in their movement
Weโre particularly interested in instructors who:
โข Are Mat and Reformer qualified
โข Have minimum 2 years teaching experience
โข Feel confident integrating classical repertoire into their contemporary class plans
โข Bring great energy, personality, and professionalism to the studio
โข Can create a welcoming and supportive environment for all clients
โข Have availability for morning / evening / weekend classes (permanent schedule or cover shifts)

Our new signature style, replacing Dynamic and Power. Suitable for all levels, with a full body focus that builds spinal mobility, coordination and endurance. Layers and modifications are always offered so you can adjust the challenge to suit the day.

Our intermediate class for those with previous Pilates experience. The focus shifts toward precision and building your skillset, refining technique and control through stronger, more complex repertoire.

Our Pilates schedule is evolving โจ
Weโve refined our class styles to focus on what Pilates does best, core strength, spinal mobility, body awareness, balance and coordination.
Weโre also placing more emphasis on the skill based repertoire within the Pilates method, supporting a deeper mind to body connection and a more considered practice.
Youโll now see two key class styles on the schedule:
Flow: Replacing our previous Dynamic and Power classes.
Elevate: Our new intermediate level class.
Weโre excited for this next phase and cannot wait for you to feel the difference in class.
vinyasa classes move quickly (by design) and sometimes donโt have the space to break down the intricacies of the postures. but even just a small taste of the alignment variations for each pose, can then lead us into deeper experiences on the mat.

Our Swap and Share is a relaxed get-together where students, teachers, and locals bring pre-loved activewear and movement-friendly clothing to swap, share, or donate. Leggings, studio clothes, comfy layers, jumpers, anything you love to move in.
We'll set up an easy, welcoming space where you can chat, try things on, and let pieces find a new home.
Whatever's left at the end gets donated to a local charity.

Workshop: From the Inside Out

A gentle two hour workshop with Melissa designed to help you slow down, relax, and feel more connected to yourself.
Youโll be guided through easy breathing exercises, simple movements, quiet meditation, and calming sound. Everything is beginner friendly and taken at a slow pace, with lots of space to rest and notice how you feel.
This workshop is great if you:
โข Want to feel calmer and more grounded
โข Are curious about yoga but donโt know where to start, or already practise and want to explore the deeper, more internal side of yoga beyond the physical poses
โข Need a quiet reset from a busy mind or busy week
