Ooops, forgot to post about this one, but today is the last day for you to place an order for our April bundle! This month we've got a RAS EL HANOUT & ALEPPO fermented feta cheese! We toasted the spices to give the flavour that extra oomph, then finished with a sprinkle of Aleppo pepper. For those afraid of spice, this is not a spicy one! Warm and aromatic. Pairs well with fresh sourdough, roasted veggies, and a salad. This is the first feta variation we are doing for the monthly special. Nice and tangy like our Fetamorphosis, but with more depth.

Veganuary is keeping us busy creating 100% plant based dinners every day, for almost 200 people here at Suma. Today’s special served full on Italian vibes: Suma fusilli in a rich tomato sauce made with @Mr_Organic passata, topped with grated @IAmNutOK Notzerella and a Notzerella Caprese salad. Safe to say there was full bellies, happy workers, and plenty of second helpings! Working with independent suppliers like these reminds us why being a worker-owned co-op and wholesaler matters. Mr Organic has been bringing us honest, organic Italian pantry essentials since 2009, combining family traditions with sustainable farming. I Am Nut OK, meanwhile, makes daring artisan vegan cheeses in London, hand-crafted in small batches and packed with flavour... Honestly, eating plant-based does NOT mean compromising on taste. ✨ January Limited Edition Monthly Bundle ✨ Happy New Year (can we still say it or is it too late?) and welcome to Veganuary if you are joining us for the first time. We are kicking things off strong and taking inspiration from last year’s much loved limited edition bundles. This month’s star is our Boursin style cheese. Creamy, garlicky, and herby, it is rich and seriously satisfying. We are also bringing back Pizzazz, one of last year’s best-selling limited edition wedges. p.s. had to blur the name, we don't want to get sued again 😅
