Nothing but ❤️🪬 and respect for these Boxing Fathers and Grandfathers. 🏆🥊 For a national and local campaign concerning Health for the Dutch government, we, @mrmrsoasis had the chance to create some amazing content last year. Last year we had the privilege and honour to document one of the most heartwarming initiatives I've come across. 😍 *video in Dutch ✨️🤷🏽‍♂️ These fathers and grandfathers get together a few times a week to work out, crack jokes and actually box. We first met them a few years back during Corona when they were working out in the park and kept in touch since. These are rolemodels, warriors, and ambassadors of our community. They instigate change and have created a platform and a movement in Amsterdam Nieuw-West to keep the elderly moving and fit. Healthy Heroes! Don't let the video's and pictures fool you. Touring and DJ-ING in Morocco was tough. Mentally, emotionally and physically due to the way too loud sound systems. The times spent alone and away from home were heavy and draining. Just being honest. Doing business in Morocco is not easy especially in music, but I managed to stand my ground and come on top time and time again. Im a creative and doing things my way amd out of the box is key to my success. And sure there was some jealousy from some colleagues, but most of the times I truly connected with the resident djs and locals. Mutual respect 🙏🏽 I got to work with true professionals and got inspired by hustlers with integrity. Was it worth it? 🤔 no comment.. It taught me a lot about myself and how to pursue my dreams, I sacrificed a lot of time and energy and am proud to have said enough is enough. Bigger and better things are coming. Ps, don't bother calling me cause I'm officially retired 😉 I'll definitely produce and release some tunes but other than that, the term level up has a new meaning for me 🙌🏽 #mijnietbellen

Hip Hop lovers unite 🗣️ @iammroasis will be playing at Festa420 from 18 to 19 pm 🌱 get your tickets @ link in bio Based in Malta for over 2 years now, he has been rocking Hiphop crowds and oldschool R&B lovers with his own concepts. MrOasis from Amsterdam has made his marks on the scene as a DJ since 1992. Performing as Casablanca Connect, he opened for the likes of Missy Elliott, performed with Todd Terry, Lloyd Banks and Blackstreet. His vocals rocked the world with plays by Tiesto, DJ Chuckie and Laidback Luke, to name some Dutch giants. He scored international hits including I’m From Holland and Route 55, with over 1.5 million streams on Spotify, as well as dominating the airwaves in Morocco with Yallah, Eheey Ey Ey and I’m From Morocco, which ran for three back-to-back summers. His production skills also scored placements with Glory and international fighting organisation Enfusion, for which he composed the title tracks and many fighter anthems. He was the first and youngest (16!) Moroccan House DJ in Holland, and he’s rocked stages and clubs worldwide for over 30 years. As a DJ that MCs, his performances always have an irresistible energy.
