Weāre so excited to share where weāre up to with our garage-to-gym renovation. Thereās still some work to do in the back room, but weāre honestly so proud of how far weāve come already. What started as just an idea really is starting to feel like a dream come true.
Weāre incredibly grateful for everyone whoās helped make this happen ā especially our friends who supported us the whole way through with encouragement, advice, and moral support when we needed it most.
Now itās time to get this gym fully running. Weāre excited for Annie to continue growing her business from home, and Iām especially excited to start creating a combat training space in the future too.
Thank you for following this journey and supporting us along the way. Let us know what you think of the transformation ā¤ļø
From empty garage to dream gym. š ļøšļøāāļø
What started as a vision turned into weeks of flooring, painting, lifting, measuring, problem-solving, laughs, bickering, exhaustion⦠and a whole lot of help from some incredible people.
Every tile, every mirror, every late-night detail brought this place to life piece by piece.
This wasnāt just a renovation ā it became something way bigger than that.
And trust me⦠the final reveal is worth the wait
A little progress each day adds up.
The garage might not be finished yet, but for the first time we can really picture what itās going to become. So much more to come ā”

The 2026 London Marathon was something special.
Running alongside friends and teammates, seeing familiar faces before and during the raceāand hearing people whoāve been part of my journey cheering me on⦠that was everything. That feeling carried me through every mile.
I told myself going in: run happy, run smiling. And I truly did. Even when it got tough, I was still loving it. Every step.
Six weeks ago, after finishing my first marathon in Los Angeles, I said, āIām never running again.ā Funny how quickly that changed.
Because now? Iād do that run over and over again.
To everyone who ran, walked, or wheeledāmassive congratulations. What an achievement.
And now I can honestly say: Iām excited for the next marathon.
LONDONNNN š¬š§ WE ARE READYYYYY!!!!
If you see @sherica_holmon and me out there, send us all the love, energy, and best vibes ā weāll be needing every bit of it. ā¤ļøā¤ļø

Tomorrow Iām running the London Marathon ā and Iām honestly so excited.
Good luck to everyone running, walking & wheeling. Weāve all put in the work, all those early mornings, late nights and long miles⦠and now weāre here.
As you step up to that start line, remind yourself ā youāre exactly where youāre meant to be.
I canāt wait to feel the energy from everyone out on the course, and from all of you supporting from afar.
LETS GOOOOOO š«¶š»
From being the kid who always finished last in cross country to running the TCS London Marathon through the city that shaped me.
Grateful to stand on the same starting line as thousands from around the world.
