Almost a year after our World Premiere at The Galway Film Fleadh in 2023 we're having our Dublin Premiere of A Passing Place at the wonderful Lighthouse Cinema! Super cool to have our little film playing in such an awesome venue. If you are yet to see the film and would like to see it on the big screen tickets are available in the bio.
So cool to have A Passing Place not only screening at the Louth International Film Festival but also be nominated for Best Feature Film!

It was @shanemccarthy1999 's second film in two years shot on Achill Island. He plays a really unique character in this one and I couldn't think of someone better to tackle the role. Super lucky to have him involved!

We got incredibly lucky to find @vin_stag_ram for the role of Vincent in this film. He was a blessing to work with on set and his performance and transformation for the role will blow you away!

We all did multiple jobs on this film but I don't think anyone had as many roles as @briandenismccarthy !
As well as playing the part of Tom beautifully, Brian was also our first A.D and was one of the main reasons we managed to shoot this film in the time that we did!

I've never been more excited to make an Instagram post in my life.
Last summer we decided that we were going to make a full feature film over a few weeks in one of my favourite places on earth - Achill Island. We reached out to friends and family for support and last September we wrapped production on 'A Passing Place' and now almost a year after making that initial decision I can say it's having it's World Premiere at the Galway Film Fleadh!
A massive thank you to anyone who was involved at any stage in the process, this film is packed with @bowstreetacademy alumni both behind and in front of the camera so if your in Galway for the Fleadh, come see our premiere at 9pm on July 12 in the Palas cinema!
