Before lunch, Carla and I spent the afternoon walking through Eastern Market, soaking in the energy of the city, the local vendors, the music, and one of those rare perfect spring days where nobody seemed to be in a rush. Then we headed to Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar and within minutes, we knew we’d be back. Shoutout to our server Natalie, a GWU student, who made the experience even better with thoughtful recommendations and amazing service. I loved the Ensalada Bacán. Carla had the Steak and Eggs Avocado Toast with chimichurri and over easy eggs on ciabatta, and every bite hit. The Sangria Blanca was the perfect finish. Great food. Great atmosphere. Great company.
