Scenes from Disibodenberg, where Hildegard von Bingen first took her vows, became Abbess, and lived for 39 years. A quaint hike through the surrounding vineyards and up the mountain led to these incredible sights.

Quite a full-circle moment for me this past weekend at my Alma mater!
1) Sang as bass soloist alongside @kara__mcbain@caitlinhmoore and @brandonmichaelnase in Haydn’s Lord Nelson Mass and Wykoff’s Out of This Darkness
2) Led a workshop on unconducted ensemble singing for the MSU Chorale & chatted a bit about the life of a freelance singer
3) Led a studio masterclass for my former voice teacher’s studio
4) Saw one of my former middle school students from Paul Kinder Middle School singing in the MSU choirs
5) Saw so many friends & colleagues after the concert
Returning home refreshed & ready for more concerts en route to a busy summer!
The bike bug bit me hard in December… I’ve been keeping my eyes peeled for the right bike for me and its a #newbikeday after I’ve finished tweaking this new Giant XTC to my liking 😍
It’s official, and in Latin! More pics to come soon, but as of now I’ve officially checked all the boxes and graduated with my Master of Music in Early Music, Art Song and Chamber Ensembles from Yale University!
