The Mint to Be Designer Competition at the Mint Museum was more than a competition for me — it was a reminder that creativity still has a seat waiting for me at the table.
While August Brandon did not take home the grand prize, we walked away with something just as powerful:
new connections, new audiences, new platforms, and new doors opening in real time.
What was built in that room was bigger than a trophy. It was visibility. Alignment. Community. Momentum.
Thank you to every person that supported, spoke, shared, photographed, encouraged, and believed in the vision. Charlotte’s creative community welcomed us with open arms — and this is only the beginning.
