We are excited to welcome Shannon Johnson and Montrèal Cain as featured speakers for RISE & RESET: Men’s & Boys Mental Health & Wellness Experience.
Shannon Johnson, Clinical Educator at Aurora Psychiatric Hospital, brings years of experience in mental and behavioral health, counseling, wellness, and support for adults and adolescents. He will help guide conversations around emotional awareness, self-care, and the importance of taking care of the whole self—mind, body, and spirit.
Montrèal Cain, Executive Director of the MERA Response Team and Vice President of Amri Counseling Service, Inc., is a Milwaukee mental health advocate focused on prevention, crisis response, and equitable access to mental health support. He brings a powerful message of resilience, support, and community care.
Join us as they help men and boys RISE & RESET through real conversations, practical tools, and encouragement.

From team-building games to creating meaningful bracelets, students explored what colors represent in their lives. Through their acrostic poems, they shared powerful reflections on who they are and what matters to them.
We closed the day by asking one simple question: How did FATE make you feel? 💭
The responses said it all—

🖤 And a chance to create outside of the classroom
