Transparency Post 🥹💚
Back in December 2024 I made a promise to myself to refocus on my physical health and commit to completing 200 workouts this year. And tomorrow… I’ll hit workout #200!!! 🥹🔥
January almost took me out because my mind just wasn’t in it. Every day felt like a battle but every single morning I reminded myself “Comfort is the enemy of progress.” So even on the days I was tired, unmotivated or over it…I still showed up and that consistency changed everything.
Somewhere along the way I fell in love with the process. I realized this isn’t a temporary phase, this is a lifestyle. You can’t half commit and expect transformation. You have to decide who you want to be and then show up for her every single day.
Fitness has transformed me physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I am so proud and so protective of the woman I’m becoming and the happiness, peace and love I feel within myself now. 💚
But listen….This is only the beginning!! 💪🏾
