Earlier today, I spent time with the men of Petra Lagos at the first edition of Locker Room: Gym, Gist and God.
What stood out wasn’t just the energy, it was the honesty in the room.
When a generation of men lacks clarity, direction suffers. And clarity doesn’t come from noise, it comes from formation.
Men are not defined by age or gender, but by responsibility. Anyone can be born male, but becoming a man is a decision shaped by discipline, accountability, and truth.
From the beginning, the real breakdown was not just in the action taken, but in the absence of leadership where it was expected.
If a man does not confront what is within him, he will eventually pass it on.
