Together, we embraced our four key pillars: **Reset, Sweat, Rise, and Learn & Recover**. With the support of 9 wonderful small and medium businesses, we offered engaging workshops, assessments, and educational sessions that not only inspired us but also equipped us with tools for growth and well-being.
