In this story, Sudanese roots meet a present reshaped Salah in Bangalore. Draped in blue, Salah cradles green apples as if they were fragments of memory — origins held close, symbols of nourishment and belonging. In contrast, the red suit strips away softness for strength: precise, striking, unapologetic.
Together, the images explore the tension between heritage and reinvention, between what anchors us and what propels us forward. The roots and routes, here, is not fixed but ever-evolving — a dialogue between past and present, roots and routes.
