Happy International Women’s Day to every woman that comes across this post. I celebrate you everyday, all day. I celebrate your courage, strength, resilience and passion for growth. I celebrate your femininity, I celebrate your work and determination to always become the best version of yourself.
I specifically kept this portrait for today because I saw a new version of myself in it. This portrait made me realise how I’ve evolved. I saw my growth, strength, the grace that I’ve consistently given myself and today, I celebrate that woman.
The theme for this year’s IWD, “Give to Gain,” reminds me of how much impact I have been giving and can continue giving to the world as a woman. As women, let’s continue raising our voices for good causes that benefit other women. Let’s mentor others in whatever capacity we can and visibly show up for women around us.
