During race periods, recovery time is limited. Back to back stages, travel, and long days on the bike mean riders have to recover quickly while managing accumulated fatigue. Soudal Quick-Step uses BFR for passive recovery. By integrating BFR into post-race routines, riders can support circulation and recovery without adding additional stress or taking more time out of the day. 🔗 Learn more about how Hytro BFR is being used in elite sport at the link in our bio 👆 #BuiltToOutperform #SoudalQuickStep #Cycling

Hull City, Back where it started. Before Hytro, before wearable BFR, this was the environment where the idea first took shape for Dr Warren Bradley. Four years working inside an elite football environment, solving real performance problems, and seeing first-hand where existing tools fell short. 🎥 Go behind the scenes to see how those early experiences helped shape what Hytro has become today. 🔗 Head to the link in our bio to watch the full episode 👆 #BuiltToOutperform #BehindTheScenes #Football #HullCity

Altitude training has long been a popular tool for boosting VO₂ max. But it comes with barriers. Cost. Travel. Disrupted routines. ⛰️ In his latest journal, Jonah Rosner breaks down how Performance BFR can deliver many of the same aerobic adaptations at sea level by targeting muscle level oxygen stress rather than changing the environment. This result can be stronger peripheral adaptations, improved oxygen use efficiency, and meaningful VO₂ max gains without extra joint stress or time away from training. For endurance and hybrid athletes, BFR offers a smarter, more accessible way to build a bigger aerobic engine. 💪 🔗 Read the full journal at the link in our bio #EnduranceTraining #HybridAthlete #SportsScience #BuiltToOutperform #AerobicPerformance

At Tudor Pro Cycling’s winter training camp, we worked closely with riders and staff to explore how Hytro can be used for passive recovery across a demanding training block. 🚴 The focus was to understand how BFR can support recovery, and how it impacts how riders actually feel day to day. By embedding the study into the camp environment, we were able to test real world application, not just theory. 🎥 Watch the Insider to find out the outcomes of the research. 🔗 Head to the link in our bio to watch the full episode 👆 #BuiltToOutperform #Cycling #TudorProCycling #BornToDare

@hytro_ have built a brand so powerful that NASA and Space X put their tech into space in 7 months! Oh, and some of the biggest sports teams in the world actively encourage their £100 Million superstars to use it too... And that is just a couple of the incredible stories that CEO and Co-Founder @rajthiruchelvarajah Raj Thiruchelvarajah shared with me for this week’s Building The Brand podcast PLUS - why Hytro decided not to go for the more obvious DTC market - building advocacy within the uber-competitive pro sports - why coaches and athletes ended up being their early stage investors - how vital it is to be clear on your model before you scale

📖 New Journal: Performance in the Margins: How Tudor Pro Cycling Use BFR to Support Recovery and Readiness Across a season defined by travel, and accumulated fatigue, the challenge is sustaining performance without increasing load. Working alongside Dr James Spragg, the focus is on integrating solutions that fit seamlessly into the environment, not disrupt it. This is where BFR has found its place. Used passively in controlled environments like the team bus, it allows riders to support recovery and improve how they feel, without adding stress or time demands. 🔗 Head to the link in our bio to read the full journal 👆 #BuiltToOutperform #Cycling #TudorProCycling

If you recover faster, you train better. For endurance athletes, high training frequency compresses recovery windows. Sessions stack up. Fatigue accumulates, and quality can drop. The ability to recover between sessions becomes the difference between surviving a programme and progressing through it. Passive BFR can be added between sessions to accelerate recovery without adding further load. Better recovery equals better training. 🔗 Learn more at the link in our bio. #BuiltToOutperform #EnduranceTraining #Recovery
