At Virgin Active HYROX Cape Town, I was reminded very quickly how demanding this sport really is. Between running and stations, your body constantly tries to make you realise how important proper fuelling, hydration, and recovery really are. You cannot expect your body to perform well if you are not supporting it properly. For LITE FLEX and FLEX entry holders, a name change will still be allowed until 7:59 AM one day before your race day.
