Fresh out of the greenhouse! We have a few Kohlrabi ready, with limited quantities available until the others get a little bit bigger 😎
What is Kohlrabi? It's a nutritious cruciferous, bulb-shaped vegetable related to cabbage and broccoli. It has a crunchy, mild, and slightly sweet flavor reminiscent of broccoli stems, apple, or radish, with a slight peppery bite when raw. It's highly versatile, eaten raw in salads/slaws or cooked by roasting or in soups.
