Meet Lil Dude 👾 – the paste-up monster! One stormy night down Brick Lane, a pile of torn, weathered paste-ups came alive… and out popped Lil Dude. Now he wanders the city, gathering discarded fragments along the way. Each piece becomes part of who he is — giving forgotten scraps a new lease of life. And wherever he goes, he leaves little pieces of himself behind. I’ve been working on this character for a while now. He started as an idea from my son, and since then we’ve been bringing him to life together. I wanted him to hold onto that sense of childlike wonder colouring outside the lines, so we used crayon and kept him messy to bring him to life. “Still Holding” My piece for Keep going. I wanted to create a visual metaphor for resilience- imperfect, layered, real. A 3D hand, covered in found paste ups: torn, pasted, cracked, and still reaching. In the palm a poem - held, not hidden. Every fold tells a story.

Major repair number 2 of the @londonintpasteupfest wall at Fashion Street outside the awesome Mission @mission.e1 fitness & yoga and cafe place. We ( @hyper_fixxation & @susi_foxy_art ) used leftover pasteups from the 2025 September festival. We covered up the huge advertising flyer on the left. The replacement pasteups are by @doodlher , @etaanhil , @kingaarden , @bcolors_bcn , @katsukai_collective , @chacha_doune , @gabrarts , @lynettepitzoluart , @karelcrea , @_la_chandre , @messtiza.art , @besidethings , @lepoilagraffer , @hyper_fixxation . On the top right wall there was an A3 flyer replaced by a foxy one by @tweet_streetart . I include detail shots of the replacement pieces. I will come back to use sponge & water to repair @wrdsmth . Stage 1 was to remove the advertisement flyer as best I could. Major repair of the @londonintpasteupfest wall at Fashion Street outside the awesome Mission @mission.e1 fitness & yoga and cafe place. We only had enough pasteups (from the 2025 September festival) to do 5 spots that had been hit by advertising fliers , 2 of them absolutely massive. You can see the event at the popup space they are advertising in a later slide of this post - slide 14. @hyper_fixxation and I didn’t have enough time to cover the other massive flyer and the 4 covering @wrdsmth across the street. The biggest replacement piece is thanks to @britt_streetart_ . I include some detail shots of the smaller pieces around it & other replacement pieces covering the A3 flyers. I couldn’t tag the artist in slide 5 because @still7ife is no longer on Instagram. The last 4 slides 17 to 20 showed the walls with the advertising flyers before we repaired it.
