Meet Celia Soriano — first-gen Latina with roots in Guerrero & CDMX, redefining what leadership in tech looks like without a traditional degree, in an industry where Latinas represent just ~1%.
Celia currently serves as Director at Los Niños Primero, expanding educational access for Latinx families across Atlanta, while also working as a Digital Marketing Programs Lead at a Fortune 500, content creator, and social media manager.
Across every platform, Celia shares real, transparent insight on navigating tech, career growth, and nontraditional paths—because representation isn’t accidental. It’s intentional.

@jen.borrero walked away from a career at the largest asset management firm in the world to build impact from the ground up. What started as volunteering with people experiencing homelessness led to the United Nations and everything in between: founding the Youth Housing Coalition, TEDx talks, and developing equitable housing projects in Atlanta and Mexico. She’s a Hispanic Executive 30 Under 30 honoree and UN Global Ambassador.
Her mission is clear and her message is simple: systems can change, leadership belongs to everyone, and that permission you’ve been waiting for? You already have it.

Kiya Lacey is a singer, songwriter, and international DJ who blends the sounds of the Caribbean, Latin America, and Africa into something entirely, unmistakably her own. But her presence extends beyond the stage. Through Fruta Mami, her community-driven fruit stand and cultural platform, she’s built a space where food, music, and identity collide in the most joyful way possible. It’s not just a brand - it’s a gathering place. A feeling. A community.
