1.22.17 for Copenhagen Half with an almost 2min PB. I really hit the day and had a just perfectly executed race, with all kudos to my pacers @nikolajbaak & @pedexius .
I was on the limit almost, but never above it, for the entire race and we were able to negative split and go up in pace for the last 7km.
A year of training with @ttttathletics and @christopherstrandgracht making a solid plan towards the half, really came out as I could only dream for. Its been nothing but joy to suffer with all my best friends and improve. Such a good life.

Year of 2026 has been a little different, with an added challenge and a big shift in performance focus :p
I’m half way through what has been, and is, one of the toughest physical experiences I have ever tried. Extremely happy and excited for what to come and how @jonhjelholt and I, are going to create our own little family, but wow what an unpredictable experience - and wow, what a shit show that first trimester really is (someone should have warned me, that pregnancy glow is a scam).
I always thought and believed I would be able to do what i wanted during a pregnancy, as long as i mentally and physically was strong, but apparently i am both unaware and naive, because pregnancy has thrown me hormones i didn’t know existed.. I started out by being able to run around 50km a week, but for the past weeks I’ve been dealing with what can best be described as the feeling of achilles inflammation directly on my pubic bone, due to a pregnancy hormone (thank you relaxin and symphysis). So less running for now unfortunately, which of course is mentally difficult as I always felt the most connected to my body through running… but i get to do other fun sports like cycling, strength, pilates and toilet-squatting!
Most of all, im excited to create something unique with the person I love the most in the world ❤️
This past month (and a half?) have been perfect snow in Northern Norway, the best (!!) cacio e pepe in Bologna, gravel roads and insane sunsets in Sienna, first blossoms in Girona and melting snow in Milan…. And the rest in between - always with amazing people <3
Business per usual in Paris, but this time i forgot to take any photos on the runs. Sorry.
Proud of all our friends who create amazing things, and happy to be able to support <3
It turns out, I’m like everyone else and here is a mix of images from 2025 that deserves a spot in my feed. I am blessed that most of my social life have roots in exploring, developing and staying active; Jon aren’t too fed up with all my adhd ideas and we still have the same desire to reach mountain tops and get lost - and our friends are both supportive of our work and we get to suffer, grind and have fun with them on a weekly basis.
Work still takes me to the world where i can work with my friends??!! 🙇🏼♀️💕
What a race year its been, looking back I’m over the moon that i was able to break every PB i wanted to and break some new experiences :o
Copenhagen Half - 1.22.17
Friløbet 10km - 37.55 (lets get 37:30)
Spring run 5km - 18.48
Besides that I won a 11km trail race in Korea and did my first cross country race, which i can say i am in no way done with.
While I’m happy that im able to add these numbers to my 2025, I did, however, even more racing where things didn’t go as planned and i crashed, bonked and listened to radiohead. I can only look forward to a 2026 with even more horrible races and great training with @ttttathletics
When the weather is bad or when running gets tough, that’s when we stop 🤪
Thanks @williamsivert for letting us know we missed a key part of the session the other day 🤓
