HYEWON CHO was born in South Korea. She began her dance training at a small private ballet school in Ulsan. Driven by the desire to explore the European dance scene, she moved abroad and began her bachelor's degree at the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts in 2021. During her studies, she danced in creations by William Forsythe, Dieter Heitkamp, Regina van Berkel, Kristian Lever and Lucyna Zwolinska.
