The oval shape, a symbol of power, balance, and infinity, has inspired countless works of art and architecture, including those by modernist architect Morris Lapidus. Our Lido Tub, with its contemporary twist on the classic oval form, is no exception.
This year, the Lido was recognized as a 2024 Best of Year Awards finalist by Interior Design magazine.
Why the Lido caught the attention of the judges: the tub features an expanded 1.5-inch-wide deck that gently dips downward in the tub’s interior for a unique twist on the oval form, making a dramatic sculptural statement in the bath. Also made by hand, Lido can be specified with a choice of several cutting-edge hydro therapies, including Hydro Systems' award-winning Cold Plunge, Hydro Fusion, and Hydro Indulge.

With the Southeastern Designer Showhouse in full swing through May 10, we’re revisiting another standout collaboration with @atlantahomesmag : @valeriegarrettinteriors design work at the recent Home for the Holidays Showhouse.
Proving that "the beauty of design is in the details," Garrett curated a trio of bath environments for the showhouse, each anchored by a sculptural freestanding tub from Hydro Systems. These curated retreats range from a space-defying primary bath to a moody, dedicated wellness room—featuring the Coachella in Milkshake, the Lido in White, and the Slate in custom Graphite.
