We have a hull! For the last 10 weeks, our Hull and Body department has been working hard to get the hull finished. It starts with a specially coated foam mold. Once the carbon fibre sheets are cut to size and placed in it, a layer of foam is put down. Then another layer of carbon fibre, and at last the resin is infused through vacuum. All of this is done at our long time partner @contestyachts_official , who very kindly supply us with the workshop space and crucial knowledge which allows us to build our boat in such a short timespan. It truly would not have been possible without their immense support!
