PGHX: Creative Direction Program
The role of the Creative Director has shifted significantly over the years. What was once an end-goal career for artists of all kinds has become many creativesâ first step into the industry. From its start in advertising to its fame in fashion, the role of the creative director can be moulded to fit a variety of private and public sectors, making it an exciting and constantly evolving career path.
The Creative Direction Program consists of four workshops that provide participants with the knowledge, mentorship and skills needed to succeed in the role of creative director, or as a multidisciplinary creative. This program is aimed at burgeoning young creatives, established creatives, or those who are curious to understand more about creative industries.

Creative visionary Charm LaâDonna kicked off The PGHX: Creative Direction Credential Program with Workshop One: From Role to Profession, at Point Park University.
Charm took our tenants through her process via case studies and real-world examples from her career, giving them a peek behind the curtain of live music performances. Beyond talent or technique, Charm highlighted the importance of kindness and communication in her rise to become one of the worldâs top creative directors and choreographers.
