home and soul
finally fully completed these two works. originally was all digital, i used a dual camera rig and filmed/meshed videos of me and eves faces spinning in our apartment. the original concept was showing how we are a reflection of our home and our home is a reflection of us. but i never was fully satisfied with the final product, it just seemed unfinished. i decided to print out the moshed photos of our faces separate and then splice them up and physically mold them together, to show fully how we are also a reflection of who we live with and our loved ones. now it feels complete! and i have two fun portraits to add to our place.
i am officially announcing my retirement from counterstrike. shoutout to the last 11 years and 2700 hours of gameplay and my best friends in the world #r2g #forever #itsmorethanjustagame

I flipping did it!!! i turned 25 last week. super huge shoutout to eve for making me a ribbon, you make me feel like a winner every day.
and holy cow it’s happening, im seriously seeing it happen in real time. im actually growing up!!! life used to feel like i was barley staying upright on a tight rope with a tiny little stick for balance. man now im on solid ground with the biggest stick ever. i preach living and learning so much, but honestly i always thought i would be stuck in an endless cycle of relearning and constant turmoil. however, i can confidently say I am the most stable i’ve ever been in my life and boy does it feel good. i’ve got it all!!! really I am beyond blessed. I live with the best partner in the world, I work an incredible job with incredible people that push me to be better, and i have the best friends in the world.
shoutout everyone around me for being awesome, and shoutout myself for always seriously working on becoming a better and healthier person. and of course, i still have mountains of stuff to learn, but now i know i really am on a good track!

me and eve went to our first tasting menu ever at @astera_pdx !
after years and years of watching youtube videos of fancy starred restaurant experiences I was crazy excited to go, but also super nervous thinking “what if it’s not as awesome as the videos” however right when we showed up I got greeted by name by this awesome greatly suited dude and yep everything after that was incredible.
we both didn’t know how to act in such a fancy world but the amazing awesome staff made us feel like friends and also shoutout the playlist, eves favorite elliot smith and even the how i met your mother wilco song played like they researched us…
food was mind blowing, fully plant based menu, extremely deep flavors, got to use my brain so much in like a good way, and lovely wine pairing. shoutout the team splitting our one pairing but def making it feel like i super balled out and got two. yep super awesome experience I must get rich so we can do this more often
