Full Steam Ahead, an event created by our own team, is back for its second year. This year, we welcomed students from St. Augustine Preparatory School, giving them the opportunity to step inside our environment and experience what engineering really looks like beyond the classroom. Designed to put engineering directly in their hands, the program immerses students in real problem solving from start to finish. From pre-work to a live lab experience and follow-up reflection, students worked through challenges the same way our teams do. Team Husco hit the pitch again! This past weekend, #Husco employees and friends proudly participated in the SCOREs Cup for the third year in a row at Uihlein Soccer Park. The one-day, co-ed indoor soccer tournament is Milwaukee’s largest soccer fundraiser, supporting after-school programs for kids across Greater Milwaukee. Together, teams helped raise $25,000 for youth development, proving that a little friendly competition can make a big difference. Way to represent! 👏

In a small community like Maquoketa, connections have a way of shaping what comes next. Through shared ties and everyday conversations, Rebecca got to know Austin and quickly recognized the work ethic and drive that defined him. At the same time, Austin was at a turning point. After more than eight years in the same IT role, he knew he wanted to keep growing in his field, but constant travel and limited opportunities were pushing him to reconsider what the next chapter should look like.
