We won, not immediately, but definitely. WORLD’S BEST ROASTERS Global Coffee Awards 2026 Grateful to OUR TEAM — we push, we argue, we land it. And yes, we do celebrate. And to THE PRODUCERS — for giving us more than you have to. Lots you shape. Your thinking. Your call. And to ALL OF YOU here in VILNIUS — and beyond — 27 years of mornings with our cup in hand. That’s what we stand on. Appreciate the recognition. And the stage. Means more than we’ll say out loud. @globalcoffeeawards @producerroasterforum @perfectdailygrind

SL9 from Puno, Peru. A different chapter in the SL story. Less famous. Still fascinating.

NITRO burbuliukai. Ir sultinga Kenija tampa minkšta, kremiška, kakavinė. Be pieno. Be cukraus. Tik vanduo, kava. Ir truputis alaus mokslo.

2026 El Salvador Cup of Excellence — 1st place goes to BERNARDINA from La Esperanza farm by Café Pacas growers. 91.95 points. Another BERNARDINA lot by @cafe_pacas also placed 3rd in this year’s @cupofexcellence competition. And did you know? BERNARDINA — the delicate, complex, unique Salvadoran arabica variety — was named in honour of Café Pacas agronomist Ruperto Bernardino Merche. It was Ruperto who noticed those few different, unfamiliar coffee trees in the farm plots he supervised, and pushed the idea that these cherries were something special. First place hits different when you know how much work sits behind it. So proud. For years with Café Pacas. Still one of the most exciting names on our table.

BOLIVIA. SAMAIPATA. Tokia gaublio vieta, kur susiliečia kavos ir vyno terroir. Different sunlight. Temperature swings. Unusual soil. Hard on the farmer. Memorable in the cup.

Kaip anuomet. Before cold brew took over. Double shot on the rocks. Old-school coffee move. Užsikavinti. Atsigaivinti. Amarena. Juicy. Black. Still works.

What to look for in our coffees right now? BOLIVIA. Not for everyone. And that’s the point. We always miss Bolivias. Nothing really comes close.

Our Kenyan cold brew. Juicy. Sweet. Balanced. Smooth. Cocoa-ice-cream finish. That’s the plan. Vilnius in the sun.
