I’m 33, and I’ve never felt this strong, physically, mentally, or emotionally.
That didn’t come from a new program or some bullshit motivation. It came from getting honest with myself.
For a long time, I knew what I was capable of… but I wasn’t living in alignment with it. And the turning point wasn’t some big external event, it was the moment I got tired of my own patterns and decided to take responsibility for them.
I stopped looking outside of myself for the answer, making excuses or playing the victim and started doing the internal work. (And yes your metabolism and genes contribute but only because your hormones are f*cked!)
Regulating my nervous system. Building discipline instead of relying on motivation. Learning how to actually show up and invest in myself, consistently.
That’s when everything changed.
It’s easy to think you need more time, more knowledge, or a “better” plan, but most of the time, the thing holding you back is the story you’re still choosing to believe about yourself.
And the truth is, that can be reprogrammed.
It took me 4 months to completely shift the way I think, act, and show up, and I’ve never been more proud of the person I’ve become.
