ART THERAPY
Iāve been depressed lately. Maybe itās because I have taken a hiatus from the stage since Delta arrived. Maybe itās because I have depression.
Lucky for me, I also have a wonderful friend in @racheleppstein . She encouraged me to paint with her and it really lifted my spirits!
Iāve always been intimidated by THE MEDIUM. Rachel not only got me into it, but she bought me a paint set for my birthday in May, *and* made me actually open it this month.
I donāt post a lot of creative work online. I have trouble letting go and not obsessing over minor detailsābut if art is never finished, itās only abandoned, Iām hoping to abandon a lot more art into the world.
