Double dry hopped with Amarillo, Columbus, Citra and a heaping helping of Idaho 7. Soft haze, Strawberry-grape terps drizzled with canned pineapple Endless Sun Rays - 4.8% West Coast Pils - Brewed with all the things we want the most. A single decocted pils hopped with Mittlefru, Cascade and Motueka, then dry hopped with Cascade, Pink, Citra and more Motueka. Subdued and refreshing, with just enough dry hop punch.

Oh how we've missed you! 5.2% - Franconian Style Zwickelbier - Inspired by the coal fired kettles of regional Franconia, Burgenstraße "Castle Road" is brewed with 100% vienna malt and hallertau hops. Perfect Pour Mission: Philly 2026 - completed! 3 days of training within our Perfect Pour Mission Philly 2026 are behind us. It was a ride! Thank you and at the same time congratulations to all 37 newly trained and certified tapsters. You all were great! We are looking forward that you will pass the newly gained knowledge and skills to your colleagues but also to guests in your pubs and bars, so that during our next visit we will be proud that we left a good mark. MOST - 4.4% - Czech Pale Lager - Brewed and lightly hopped with CZ Most hops. Most is an aroma variety with Czech, UK, and American roots. This hop is a bridge between modern and traditional varieties. We used a single decoction with floor malted Czech pils and a touch of munich. Krausened in the package for a little extra natural carbonation. Herbal/citrus aroma with a touch of strawberry vines and hay. Collaboration with Hollingbery and Sons hops. SNOWQUALMIE- 5.1% - West Coast Pils - Single decoction west coast pils. Brewed with loxless barley and a pinch (25%) of flaked corn. Hopped in the kettle with high oil cascade and zumo. Dry hopped with Zumo, Cascade and Tangir. Orange tic tac and lime zest with a bright, dry finish. PALE VS. DARK! Joining our dark Mexican lager DRESDEN CODEX in cans for the first time, we present JEFE DORADO. Both are available in cans but for a limited time we also have mix 4pks available. The Dresden Codex draft will be available soon. JEFE DORADO - 4.5% - Mexican Pale Lager - Brewed with 66% PA grown barley and 33% malted corn from Double Eagle. We start with a single pot cereal mash to extract the corn, then mash the rest of the barley on top. An extended mashing time allows for a very light body, and a light touch with the hops keeps the beer balanced and drinkable. Finally, unlike our continental lagers, we ferment this lager with a very neutral fermentation and cellar schedule while still capturing co2, carbonating the beer naturally. Have it with a lime! DRESDEN CODEX - 5.3% - Mexican Dark Lager - A paradox, this “light” dark lager is perfect for summer nights. Big malt flavor, with a light body and easy drinkability. Brewed with US grown, high country Moravian barley. Cereal mashed with 40% corn. Hopped with Czech grown Saaz hops, then fermented and conditioned cold with our house lager yeast. The Dresden Codex is an ancient Mayan document which was found in a library in Dresden, Germany. We are starting to roll out our Craft Brewers Conference collaborations. This first one was done with @yakimachief  , Trapianto, available on draft and in cans! We also have a fan favorite back on draft and available in cans, Il Cielo! TRAPIANTO - 5.3% - Dry Hopped Pils - Brewed and dry hopped with YCH experimental hop 1134, an American grown hop bred specifically for lager production. We treated this beer like an Italian pils, starting with a single decoction using German pils malt, and hopped gently through the boil. We dry hopped this beer with flowable 1134 (YCH Hyperboost) and more pellets. We get some herbal/grassy flavors, with a bit if that American grapefruit/citrus. Trapianto means transplant, a fitting description for this wonderful, if not quite noble hop varietal. Brewed in collaboration with YCH hops for the craft brewer’s conference! IL CIELO - 4.5% - Italian Style Pilsner - Heaven in a CAN! Our most excellent rustic Italian Style Pilsner, dry hopped exclusively with Tettnang. NEW COLLECTIVE IPA AVAILABLE IN CANS! COLLECTIVE: CITRA | EGGERS 6.9% - IPA - Brewed with an extremely limited variant of Eggers Special (dubbed special x) and our wonderful Oregon grown Citra. We were lucky to score these hops, and won’t see them again. Passionfruit dipped orange creamsicle, lingering overripe mango, and tropical citrus, backed up with a blend of flaked and malted wheat, oats, and barley.

Come by and split the "H"! Now pouring Dress Code, our Nitro Dry Irish Stout! Dry Nitro stout brewed to honor one of our favs. We brew this beer with locally malted pale malt from double eagle, and a combination of roasted malts. It is hopped gently with US Willamette, and allowed to develop a mild tartness and funk in fermentation. Nitro carbonation brings it all together. Enjoy!

OK, probably no surprise that the LUKR Perfect Pour Mission is heading to Philly this April. We’re stoked to be back while everyone from the beer industry is in town. We’ve partnered with our friends at @humanrobotbeer and will be running three separate @perfect_pour_academy training sessions at @humanrobotsud on 4/20, 4/21, and 4/22. We now have Rösten available on draft and in cans to go! Also available in cans we have a new addition to our Single Axis Series, Double Citra! Rõsten - 4.8% - German Style Helles - Pale German style lager brewed with the medieval single pot method, in which all of the hot side ingredients are added at once. After a long step mash, water grain and hops are boiled together. The solids are then strained off and the resulting liquid is chilled and fermented with our house lager yeast. Single Axis: Double Citra - 6.8% - IPA - We took everything we love about single axis citra, and cranked up the volume. We packed this IPA with more hops in the whirlpool, first and second dry hop, and added some wonderful liquid lupulin to the packaging tank. Citra comes thru strong with all the lemon, and tangerine you’d expect, plus some complimentary melon, pink guava and grapefruit. #drinklocalphilly #drinkfreshbeer #drinkphilly #drinklagers
