🚪 “Why do people wait, even when the door is open?” At a recent Freedom and Its Futures conversation, participants reflected on what keeps people from stepping into public life. These conversations aren’t about agreement; they’re about slowing down and rebuilding trust in ordinary places. Join us for our next conversation on February 11 at the Center for Brooklyn History. 📖 #Humanities #CommunityConversation #PublicHumanities #DemocracyInPractice #Brooklyn
