Today’s my birthday!! — and I’ll be honest, I’ve never felt more alive!!

As I get older, I’ve become even more intentional about what that actually means: moving my body, fueling it right, recovering smart, and yes… absolutely splurging when the moment calls for it. I feel like I’m 25 for the 18th year in a row and I have zero plans of slowing down!

But here’s what I know more than anything — none of that matters as much as the people around you. And when I look at these photos — these faces, these humans who show up day after day — I am genuinely moved. You have brought me more love, life, and laughter over these four years than I ever could have imagined when we first opened these doors. I came to Montana to build something. I had no idea I’d find a family.

I train hard all week at PEAK… but today is a reminder that my soul needs reps too.
