Folks came from far and wide to connect during this years #NYCTechWeek and Human Ventures was pleased to be a part of it! We curated a room full of Health Tech/Healthcare Founders, Funders, and supporters to discuss the importance of Investing In Women’s Health In A Post-Roe America.
Human’s CEO @heatherhartnett led the discussion with @evvy ’s Co-Founder & CEO @priyankajain and their head of Social & Community @meelzonart , alongside special guest @tiffanyspringle of the viral social media campaign, @roevbros .
They touched on the importance of #VentureCapital looking to evolving Human needs to lead their investment choices, educating patients with the knowledge they can take to their healthcare providers and advocate for themselves, that knowledge was the key to taking ownership of our bodies back with the overturning of Roe v Wade, and that if there was ever a place to start the revolution in Women’s Healthcare, it’s here in #NYC.

A day that honors the signing of the first law to require the inclusion of female bodies in clinical research in 1993, but recognizes how far we still have to go.
