Select sailings on the following dates will be utilizing a temporary terminal, located at W.E Landing Marina, 304 Front Street, Nanaimo, to accommodate the 2026 cruise ship season.   -April 24 -May 30 -June 21 -July 11 -August 1 -September 5 -October 2 -October 9     ➡️ Affected sailings will be identified as such on our online schedule, and on our Current Conditions page online, at hullo.com. Guests booked on these sailings will also receive a reminder via email in the days leading up to the departure.   📍To navigate to and from the temporary terminal while driving, please follow the 🔸orange signage🔸for directions to the passenger pick-up/drop-off location, near the corner of Port Drive and Front Street. what’s the difference? ⬇️ We’ll be making some changes as of June 1, 2026: 🎒“personal item” = under 19 inches on the longest side, and under 25lbs. Such as purses or small backpacks. 💼“carry-on” = under 22 inches on the longest side, and under 25lbs. Such as duffel bags and small suitcases. Guests are welcome to bring one personal item AND one carry-on item free of charge! Up to three large luggage/additional items may be brought on board, for $19.99 per item when booked online in advance: 🧳“large luggage” = over 22” on longest side, up to 50lbs 🏷️“additional carry-ons” = under 22 inches on the longest side, and/or up to 50lbs, but in excess of the one complimentary carry-on/personal item limit ❕Collapsable wagons and strollers are free of charge, but must be collapsed when stored on board. Items inside the collapsable wagons/strollers are subject to our luggage policy. We are unable to accommodate wagons/strollers that are not collapsable.
