In Lagos, France in Nigeria had the pleasure of visiting the @huffped project and witnessing firsthand the impact of the Household Economic Strengthening and Resilience (HEAR) initiative.
From engaging discussions at their offices to meeting inspiring members of the Women Village Saving and Loan Associations (VSLA), we saw how women are building stronger financial futures. Through tailored support and training, they are now equipped with financial planning skills to grow their businesses and support their households.
The results are already visible: increased incomes, strengthened resilience, and tangible benefits for entire communities.
This is feminist diplomacy in action — supporting locally driven solutions that empower women and foster sustainable development.
👏 @huffped and all the women leading the way.
