What a moment! @naiomiglasses has led this project with @poloralphlauren with deliberate intention all while uplifting community. It’s no easy task to blend traditions & culture with a big brand like RL but she did it. The inaugural Ralph Lauren Artist In Residence. It’s an honor to call her my friend. All Indigenous cast, media team, even the coffee/food truck was Indig! Lots more to share but just enjoying watching this unfold and mentally bookmarking as a pivotal step for Indigenous creativity. all RL campaign photos by my Osage brethren: @redcorn #RLArtistinResidence

Starting today all H2Y clothing will have these INDIGENOUS-OWNED/Quote tags. The 𐓷𐓘𐓻𐓘𐓻𐓟 in the bottom left is Osage in our Osage orthography. The red roach is our headdress that is apart of the ceremonial tradition for men dancers when entering our InLonShka for the first time and worn from that point forward. I’m proud to have this apart of H2Y along with the quote on the opposite side from @ava . “IF YOUR DREAM ONLY INCLUDES YOU, ITS TOO SMALL.”

Indigenous art at the 82nd @whitneymuseum Biennial! I had a thorough experience of both, enjoying works from artists I knew and learning about artists who I didn’t, like Kimowan Metchewais who passed in 2011. I’m glad I saw that work. And there’s no better place to rest the legs than sitting in @dwhitehawk permanent installation, ‘Nourish’, at the cafe! List of works ⬇️ Teresa Baker (Mandan/Hidatsa, b. 1985), Multiple works. 2025. Kimowan Metchewais (Cree, Cold Lake First Nations, 1963-2011), ‘Antlers and suspenders Kimowan’, n.d. Paper, ink, glue, and graphite on paper. Kimowan Metchewais (Cree, Cold Lake First Nations, 1963-2011), Multiple works. Nanibah Chacon (Dine(Navajo) b. 1980) Multiple works. Anna Tsouhlarakis (Navajo Nation and Creek, b. 1977) ‘ SHE MUST BE A MATRIARCH, 2023, Fiberglass, pain, adhesive, resin, plaster, plastic, wood, foam, metal, IKEA remnants, leather, deer hair, menstrual cups, prophylactics, and found objects. kekahi wahi, ’20-minute workout [WIP]’, 2023/2026. Digital video, sound, and color, 25 min. Raven Halfmoon (Caddo Nation, b. 1991), ‘Sun Twins’, 2023, Stoneware and glaze. Everything I’ve accomplished for the past two years has been fueled by @ekowahcoffee loll. Kidding but not, I’ve been exclusively an Ekowah Coffee drinker ☕️ for over two years now through their subscription service. Osage family-owned + roasted and packaged on the Osage reservation 🪶

One year ago I had a top two trip of my life and not number two! 🌊 Incredibly fortunate to be invited to Aotearoa (New Zealand) to partner with a special group @restoringbalancecollab & then my mom joined me for an additional few days vacation that I’ll never forget (we celebrated her birthday 🎂 - last slide)

Small moments from a big weekend 🙌🏽 in Phoenix at the Indigenous women entrepreneurship program, Indigenous Regenerative Futures presented by: @nmccap @futureisindigenouswomen @nativewomenlead 📸 by photographybyroshan My friend @melo3134 invited me to come to the desert to co-facilitate and present on marketing & branding and what an experience! The program featured key topics: Marketing/Branding, Financial Literacy, Mission & Vision Statement, and Business Pitch Practice amongst others. As a male in a room full of driven Indigenous women entrepreneurs, leaders, facilitators and partners I also want to emphasize the importance of constantly staying aware of what support is needed at any given time. Some of the things that ran through my mind were to be a full time listener, background support, bring as much value as possible from my expertise when I did have the floor, and do my best to ask questions that bring an additional perspective. I did get to share my favorite Ratatouille quote too 🙃

escaped subzero nyc temps for san francisco los angeles and phoenix the past two weeks ✨ I’d like to use my one not-so humble brag to share that I utilized just one carry-on suitcase and a tote bag the whole trip 😤

Took a train from NYC to DC at dawn before a jam packed few days of art, board meetings, and cool hotels ✨ The theme of the week that I’ve brought back to New York with me is, Excellence. I was in DC for a two-day board retreat and meeting for Native Forward Scholars Fund, a board I’ve been fortunate to serve on since 2019, and am now Vice Chair of. The organization has a handful of core values that you can find on their website but Excellence is the one that sticks out to me.

WALK GENTLY @colesparrowcrawford // @arcteryx • Received this jacket awhile back & it’s finally getting some wear in the NYC rain. Walk Gently by Arc’Teryx is a wonderful ongoing collaboration that elevates Indigeniety in the outdoors & specifically spotlights Indigenous artists & land + water stewards via the Arc platform. Definitely gotta stay up-to-date with them in 2026 ✨ + a photo from @faithsparrowcrawford & @colesparrowcrawford visit to NYC two years ago !
