After a busy shift, her go-to is a classic Old Fashioned, a reminder of the craftsmanship behind every cocktail she serves. What drives her most? The connections she builds with guests and the joy of sharing her creations.
Every cocktail tells a story - and Tamara is here to craft them, shake things up in Namibia, and make her mark with the Hubertus Circle fam. 🧡💚

My name is Melvin — a Cuban-Austrian hotelier and bartender with a suitcase in one hand and a shaker in the other. Proud to be part of the Jägermeister Scholarship 2025. 🦌🧡
Trained in Austria, I grew up between lobby and bar counter and learned early how a single drink can turn strangers into a second family. Since then, I’ve been travelling to learn — chasing bar tools, not landmarks, and pouring flavours, stories and rituals into every cocktail I make.
What I love most: the teamwork and energy behind the bar, when different personalities move in perfect sync during a busy service.
This scholarship is another journey — to meet bartenders from everywhere, share ideas, grow together and dive deeper into the Hubertus Circle community.
Grateful to be part of it — can’t wait for what’s ahead! 💚
