KLOOSTERSTRAAT, ANTWERP (B), FOLLOW THE SUN - The apartments in our Kloosterstraat project are nicely balanced between light and life. Designed to follow the sun, each unit stretches between a spacious French balcony on the street side, facing the evening glow; and a private loggia catching the morning rays on the garden side.
With only two spacious apartments per floor, the building carries the effortless allure of a modern city mansion. Refined, intimate, and building upon the historical city fabric.

GARDENS STRUCTURE SPACE - Some time ago, we completed the new administrative centre in Puurs-Sint-Amands (B). The building is a key part of the broader site development ‘Tuinen van Puurs’ (Gardens of Puurs), based on a design by our esteemed colleagues PlusOffice and Delva. The master plan redevelops the rear of the municipality into a new public front. The ‘forum’, which links a number of public buildings and gardens, serves as the central backbone of the plan.
Our design for the administrative centre also uses gardens as an organizing principle: a parvis manages the gradual transition from the forum to the entrance lobby, while three walled gardens gather an enfilade of public rooms around them. The gardens provide rich daylighting, natural orientation, and a clear articulation for the interior.

REGINA MUNDI, GENK (B) - Last year, together with Dethier, Van Roey, Omgeving and Os-Kar, we grafted an urban plan for the Regina Mundi site in Genk. The plan contains open landscape, school buildings, an academy building, communal program and housing.
We designed both residential buildings, one big one small, the big one enwrapping a collective garden.
Unfortunately, the competition procedure was put on hold. Nice collaboration and nice plan though.

PROJECT DELIVERED - We recently delivered our project for student housing in Wilrijk (B). 4 heritage-protected, brutalist pavilions, designed by the late Paul Felix, were meticulously restored and 2 new buildings were added. The latter draw inspiration from brutalist themes as raw material-use, prefabrication, repetition, rhythm and structure.

DOORS DOORS DOORS - For Antwerp City Hall we investigated existing doors, wondered about their hierarchy and meaning; and we designed new doors: recognizable but nevertheless fitting in.

HOF BERLAMUZE DELIVERED - At the eleventh hour of 2025, we completed the Hof Berlamuze project in Lier (B). Seven residential buildings frame a public garden at the heart of an inner-city block.
